At Food for Tots we use wholesome ingredients to ensure all of our and entrées and snacks are full of the nutrition young children need. Our specially designed meals appeal to children’s palates and are 100% Healthylicious – made up of healthy and delicious homemade meals and children’s favourites. Our passionate team works hard to create menus that offer plenty of variety, provide allergy substitutions and leverage seasonally-available foods.
Here’s how we make meals that both children and parents love:Whole-grain goodness - We use whole grain, whole wheat and multigrain breads, pastas, and rice whenever possible to maximize the nourishment children get in each bite.
Local first – Menus are seasonally based to capitalize on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our local focus means our meals always start with foods that are fresher, more flavourful and offer greater variety.

Made fresh daily – All meal entrees are made fresh each day and are delivered in thermally protected containers so they arrive fresh and at the right temperature.Allergy-free - Our facility is 100% nut-free, pork-free and shellfish-free. Allergy-free meals are prepared in a separate area by a Red Seal Chef. We can accommodate most allergies, multi-allergy requests and religious and dietary restrictions.
Fall/Winter Menu - Our Healthylicious™ menus are full of nutritious foods parents will feel good about and children will love. In this menu, we are celebrating the cold weather by adding more nutrient-rich plant based proteins, hearty root vegetables and organic seasonal baked goods.
